Info, Shipping & Returns

Sorry, we do not ship internationally. Domestic orders are most commonly shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Ground Advantage Mail however we may occasionally ship via UPS or FedEx at our discretion. We charge a flat rate of $8.00 for ground shipping your items. We try and ship within 48 hours of the time we receive your order, but are usually successful at shipping within 24 hours. Due to ever increasing shipping costs, we may at times need to charge some additional shipping based on the weight of the package and distance it will travel. Please be sure to provide accurate contact information so we can reach you should this become necessary.

 

Please note that the BILLING ADDRESS you provide during checkout must match the information that your credit card company has on file. If it does not match, your order will automatically be flagged as potentially fraudulent by our address verification system and will require follow up before we can finalize your order. Be sure you provide us with accurate email address and valid phone number in case we need to reach you about your order.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders of $150.00 or more, no code necessary. We also offer FREE SHIPPING to the following:

• Free Military Shipping on orders of $50 or more to all military addresses! Use code military during checkout.
• Free Local Shipping (within Lehigh Valley) on orders of $50 or up. Use code freeship-lv.
• Free Shipping for all orders shipping within Pennsylvania of $50 or more (anywhere in PA). Use code freeship-pa.
• Free Shipping for all orders of $150 or more shipping anywhere within the Continental United States. No code necessary.
• Unfortunately, due to the numerous postal increases over the years, we have had to discontinue our special free shipping option to our Florida customers.
• Please note that some heavier items are excluded from free shipping options.

 

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order up until the item is picked up by our designated carrier. We will pull the order and initiate a refund right away. Once the item has shipped, we cannot cancel it.You will need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return, at your expense, by contacting us. See Return Policy below

 

Return Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the shipping cost we incurred to send it. You are responsible any costs associated with returning the item to us. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Merchandise must be returned at your expense within 14 days of your receipt of shipment. It must be in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive full credit. Please note: Prohormones are not returnable.

 

 

 

On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product. Please contact us so we can exchange it.  In the event that the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs.

Refunds will either be issued by crediting back the credit card used for the purchase or by store check, at our discretion. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days) or for you to receive a refund check from us.

Please note that some shippers, UPS and FedEx, charge shippers for the return of undeliverable packages, including but not limited to, refused packages and those where three delivery attempts were unsuccessful. If your package is returned to us for any of these reasons, you will be responsible for our actual cost to ship the package and the return charges.
